Devil Press Workout With 2 Kettlebells

This Devil Press Workout sounds pretty sinister as it should. The move combines two intense full-body exercises usually performed with dumbbells. Those exercises are the burpee and dumbbell snatch. However, by substituting the weights with kettlebells you'll work more muscles because of the positioning of the kettlebell in the lockout position.

Mind-Body Exercise For Overall Well-Being

When it comes to exercise most people only think about the physical benefits. Weight loss, improved cardio, and greater strength are all excellent goals to strive towards. However, mental health and happiness for one's own well-being are something that should take priority in life too. As such, a person who practices mind-body exercise may see positive results in both areas of health.

Setting The Record Straight – Haters Gonna Hate

The title of this article is perhaps the most obnoxious one that I've ever written. However, after reviewing negative comments and feedback on some of my YouTube videos, I feel compelled to publicly respond. To be fair, I've received far more positive comments from people who appreciate my videos. I also don't mind honest criticism as I'm certainly no expert with kettlebell training.

Results And Thoughts On Completing The RTD Kettlebell Challenge

There were over 80 people on Facebook who had said they would be participating as a group for the Raising The Dead Kettlebell Challenge. However, when the time came, approximately 10 or so actually followed through. It's disappointing to have spent so much time creating this challenge but I'm very grateful for those who did join. The feedback, motivation, and encouragement to complete the full 10 days made it all worth it.

2021 Kettlebell Challenge – Mastering The Dead Clean

The kettlebell clean is an exercise with dozens of variations as detailed in Cavemantraining's Master The Kettlebell Clean. In my opinion, it's probably one of the most underrated kettlebell exercises and doesn't receive as much acclaim as the swing, snatch, or press. This is likely due to the quick action of the move. However, in order to get the most benefits from the clean, it's important to practice proper technique.

No Kettlebell Events In The Olympics Makes No Sense

The 2021 Tokyo Olympics has seen the addition of 5 new sports to its games. These include karate, baseball/softball, surfing, skateboarding, and sport climbing. While I won't argue the legitimacy of adding these sports to the Olympics, I am upset about the exclusion of another. Of course, I'm talking about Kettlebell Sport.

How To Lose Weight with Your Kettlebell

In my 10 years of coaching several hundred busy adults to swing a kettlebell to get into better shape, I've seen a common trend. Hardworking men and women who are committed to their health and fitness. Adults new to kettlebells and working out who never get into the kind of shape they dream about. People who take class after class of boot camps and spinning and are constantly seeking the next exercise trend.
