Caveman Inner Circle Review – A Kettlebell Workout Group Like No Other

Approximately one year ago (6/10/19) I joined the Caveman Inner Circle kettlebell workout group. I'll be the first to admit that I'm not the most active member of this group. However, reading the progress and enthusiasm of other members every day, my passion for kettlebell training has never subsided. It's refreshing to witness such a diverse group of people hit new goals and really push themselves. Men, women, younger & older folks coming together to improve themselves in multiple ways. It's a family of sorts; one that spreads across several continents and countries.

Gyms in Lockdown States Reopen Without Authorization

Now, as the U.S. passes the 60-day mark of the national shutdown, the states with the most stringent lockdown protocols are seeing businesses defy their governor's orders. Most recently, several gyms in Pennsylvania and New Jersey are risking severe fines and more by opening today (5/18/20). The owners all give the same reason; open up and hope they aren't shut down or lose everything to bankruptcy.

Why Check Out A Supplement Review Website For The Best Brands?

From the name itself, you can understand that supplements are a type of product that “help” or “aid” and maybe even “hasten” certain processes, particularly in the body. Lockdown Fitness Challenge – 100 Kettlebell Swings a Day

It was actually my wife who suggested I attempt another challenge to help me get out of this funk. Honestly, my eating habits have been terrible lately. One that isn't too difficult, nor dependent on a diet but more so on mental toughness. Thus I came up with the idea of doing 100 kettlebell swings a day for the duration of lockdown.

Where Have All The Kettlebells Gone?

Perhaps the more appropriate question is when will kettlebells be back in stock? If I had to pinpoint a date when the surge for fitness equipment began, March 15th, 2020 is the obvious choice. All of the data and statistics for this website show a huge spike in interest for kettlebells - seemingly overnight. This directly correlates with the national shutdown of gyms and other businesses in the U.S. on that approximate date.

Coronavirus COVID-19 has had a crippling effect on businesses, economies, and everyday lifestyle activities across the world. No matter what your opinion is of how nations and governments are handling the situation, a return to normalcy seems very far away. One such industry that has been severely impacted is fitness. Local mom & pop gyms as well as big chain fitness centers have had to close for the foreseeable future. The resulting gym closures have led to a surge in those members looking for at-home alternatives.

The Best Kettlebells For Purchase By Price Per Pound

After a couple of decades since kettlebells first started gaining popularity in the U.S., they've never been hotter. Big-name celebrities like Jack Black and Jimmy Fallon have used them in some form or another. Like-wise, popular fitness trainers such as Eric Leija have catapulted to Instagram stardom thanks in part to their many benefits.
