Last month, I had the opportunity to interview kettlebell trainer Taco Fleur. I was surprised to learn that he has an adventurous spirit just as I do. Most of his videos are shot in scenic locations, a stark contrast from others filmed in dark and drab gyms. In fact, it’s not uncommon to see him with a kettlebell in tow during everyday activities.

Aside from the hundreds of various kettlebell videos he’s produced, he’s also built a community of followers over 10,000 strong and growing. There’s no doubt that he is a leader and respected figure in the industry. So when he offered me the opportunity to review a new kettlebell program for beginners, I jumped at the chance!

This program that he created teaches the fundamentals of the most popular kettlebell exercises. Over the course of 21 days, I was able to learn so much more than I had by viewing countless other videos over the past year. While I’m only a kettlebell enthusiast, I really try to work on my technique and skill. Many other tutorials will show you how to perform these exercises correctly. However, few of them go into such detail as to what muscles are targeted as well as common mistakes made. This is what truly separates this kettlebell training program from others.

It took me a few weeks to write, but I broke down each day and every lesson from this program. I share my thoughts and experiences in an unbiased review. Be warned, it’s rather lengthy (4500+ words!). However, the knowledge I’ve gained has given me insight and perspective on some kettlebell exercises I thought I’ve always performed correctly. Even if you’ve been using kettlebells for a month or even a year, I encourage you to read my review here.
