She credits a trainer at her gym for this quick and simple kettlebell flow workout.

Try This Kettlebell Flow Workout for Stretching and Flexibility

Instagram fitness enthusiast Mac Bain has created a kettlebell workout that elegantly incorporates lunges and lifts. As you'll see in the video, lunges are performed in all 4 cardinal directions. If you look at each exercise independently you may think, what's the big deal? They seem easy enough. However, when chained together in a kettlebell flow style, each exercise becomes a test in concentration and endurance.

The kettlebell windmill improves strength, flexibility, range and much more

The kettlebell windmill, which generally refers to the high variant, involves raising the kettlebell overhead as high as you can. Keeping your arm extended upward, you then bend at the hips to touch your toes with your free hand. Compare that to the kettlebell low windmill which essentially switches what hand holds the kettlebell. Both are great exercises but the high windmill is obviously more difficult.

Smart Kettlebell Unveiled at Consumer Electronics Show

While this new smart kettlebell by Jaxjox doesn't have a voice assistant, its bells and whistles sure do impress. A promotional video on the Jaxjox website showcases this kettlebell as if it were a high-end automobile. In fact, one of the taglines in the video, 12-42 pounds in 3 seconds, feels like a bragging statistic from the often used 0-60 in X seconds. I have to give credit where it is due and say that is pretty amazing.

5-Day 10-pound Weight Loss Challenge – Day 2

Day 2 of this 5-day challenge saw a nice decrease in weight from the previous day. The fasting remains the most difficult part of the challenge. Exercising and maintaining a diet seem easy in comparison. However, I feel myself starting to get hungry in the mornings. Between the hours of 12 pm and 2 pm seem to drag on as my stomach is begging for some food.
