Weight Loss Journey – How Kettlebells Have Helped Turn Fat into Muscle
It’s been over a year since I’ve started to use kettlebells for the purpose of losing weight. While it hasn’t been easy, I’ve managed to lose over 60 pounds in 10 months. Simply by eating healthy (paleo diet) and doing 20-minute kettlebell workouts – 5 days a week, I’ve improved my body and mind.
