We recently ended a scholarship contest where participants were tasked to provide their insight into the benefits of kettlebells as compared to regular weights. There were a lot of late entries, but unfortunately, only one winner could be chosen. Many of the essays submitted contained unique and in-depth information regarding various studies performed proving the effectiveness of kettlebells. There were quite a few participants who even use kettlebells themselves!

In order to show our appreciation for the top entries, we wanted to dedicate a page as it pertains to the effectiveness of kettlebells. Perhaps you already know most of these benefits, however, I suggest you take some time to read through these entries. We actually learned a few things ourselves!

I'm a web designer and kettlebell enthusiast on a quest to lose fat, build muscles and live a healthier lifestyle. I truly believe that exercising with kettlebells in conjunction with dieting is the most effective and efficient way to reach this goal. If you have the will and motivation, there is no reason you can't do the same.
