Kettlebell juggler extraordinaire Michael Lisichkin has created one hell of a compilation video. Featuring his favorite tricks of 2019, his ability to blend exercising with entertainment is quite astonishing. This video showcases over a dozen moves that still have me in disbelief. There’s swinging, flipping, balancing, and other acrobatic kettlebell tricks all crammed into a brief minute and a half video.

Listed as one of my top 10 kettlebell Instagram accounts to follow, there’s never a dull moment when Michael posts. Take a look at the below video and be sure to leave a comment on his post if you enjoyed it!

Kettlebells As Art and Entertainment

Obviously, unless you’re an experienced kettlebell juggler, you don’t want to attempt these tricks yourself. I’m fascinated with what some people are able to achieve with this type of training. Not only is it fun to watch but due to the complexity, it provides a great workout. Personally, I’d be terrified of making a mistake and hurting myself. If I do decide to learn juggling techniques it won’t be for some time.

In his post, Michael brings up the word circus and I have to agree his style would fit perfectly in that industry. He’s already performed in Israelโ€™s Got Talent and didn’t miss a beat in front of an audience. I’d even go so far as saying he could make it as a vegas act too. I’m definitely looking forward to what limits he’ll test in 2020!

I'm a web designer and kettlebell enthusiast on a quest to lose fat, build muscles and live a healthier lifestyle. I truly believe that exercising with kettlebells in conjunction with dieting is the most effective and efficient way to reach this goal. If you have the will and motivation, there is no reason you can't do the same.
