Exercise Demonstration
To begin this exercise, sit down with your knees slightly bent and feet off the ground. As the name suggests you will pass the bell over and under between your legs in a figure 8. A rep is completed upon the bell returning to the start position. A typical set should consist of 14 reps.
You’ll notice a huge difference when using a 10-pound kettlebell versus a 25-pound kettlebell. It is a great way to increase arm strength. Holding your legs in the air is great for those muscles too. You’ll probably also feel some exertion in your abs while performing this exercise.
