Kettlebell Krusher’s Take:

When I first read this source article I immediately went into research mode and Googled the business Kettlebell Kitchen. Clicking on the first result brought me to a company based out of New York. To my confusion, the article describing the owner and location of the business didn’t line up with this website. It turns out, there are two businesses named Kettlebell Kitchen. The U.S.-based business I found on Google, and another out of the U.K., which is the one the article references. Both businesses specialize in healthy meal preparation in their respective countries. In addition, they each seem to have a substantial following and are well-received. It’s quite a strange coincidence indeed.

While having the same name might be confusing, both U.S. and U.K. residents have a great option for meal planning. At Kettlebell Krusher, we’ve always stressed the importance of time management and getting the most out of each workout. Exercising with kettlebells, we believe, is the best way to reach personal fitness goals in the least amount of time. In order to be successful in those goals, it is imperative that a strict diet is followed. As anyone who has been on a diet can attest to, time spent on preparation and cooking of meals can take hours out of your days.

Balancing Exercising with Dieting

Since beginning my own quest for losing weight with my fiancée, I’ve experienced first-hand the difficulty of planning meals in advance. Perhaps that is a little misleading, as it has been my fiancée who has spent hours upon hours since the new year, meticulously detailing each meal of the day, every week. This is on top of her dedicating an enormous amount of time towards wedding planning. While this strategy has served us both well, it isn’t very practical for people on a time crunch. Enter the meal planning service.

While I haven’t personally tried either service (more specifically, the U.S. one), I am encouraged by the positive reviews and professionalism displayed. I would highly suggest you research the one that is closest to you to decide if it would help with your own time management issues. Each service claims to deliver nationwide in their home countries. Pricing might not fit everyone’s budget, however, the quality, variety, and delivery of food appears to be top-notch!
